Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with

the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

as

thereof, follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Executive

Council Relief of Duties Ordinance, 1910.

2.

Where in the Ordinance set out in the First

Schedule to this Ordinance the words "Governor- -in-Council" appear the word "Governor" shall be substituted for and read in lieu thereof to the

extent specified in the said schedule.

3.

Where in the Ordinances set out in the

Second Schedule to this ordinance the words

*with the advice of the Executive Council" appear the same shall be deleted to the extent specified in the said schedule.
